Annual Campaign

The Jewish Federation of Greater New Bedford’s annual campaign supports programs both here and abroad that enrich Jewish living. (Please see the Your Federation at Work section on the About Us page for a list of programs.)

Tributes

When celebrating milestone events like a marriage, anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, birthday or graduation or when remembering a loved one, consider making a tribute gift to the Federation. Your tribute honoree will receive a personalized card notifying him or her of your generous donation.

Corporate Matching Gifts

You may be able to double or even triple your gift by taking advantage of your company’s corporate matching gift program. These programs are an excellent way for donors to maximize their personal contributions to the Federation. Ask your employer about its matching gift program today.

Stock Donations

There are many upsides to donating securities to the Jewish Federation of Greater New Bedford. When you donate stocks and bonds not only do you receive a full income tax deduction based on the current market value, you also avoid ever having to pay a capital gains tax on your donated investment. More importantly, you provide funds that will directly support the Jewish community both locally and abroad. Your gift of stock is an investment in the life of others.
