A Community Update

The holiday of Shavuot starts tonight. We are celebrating the moment when the the Jewish People became the number one overall draft pick and the delivery of the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. This is an exciting time for our New Bedford Jewish community as we are set to become part of Combined Jewish Philanthropies - CJP.

As I mentioned in last week's Bulletin, we have scheduled a community meeting at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 8th, at TI for any who want to ask and discuss some more.

This weekend is also Memorial Day and I hope you and yours enjoy this unofficial start to summer.
