Subject:                          Tragic News - A Special Bulletin - May their Memory Be Blessed

The Greater New Bedford Jewish community joins Jews everywhere as we mourn the deaths of Naftali Frenkel, Gilad Sha'ar and Eyal Yifrah.

A few hours ago the bodies of three kidnapped teens have been found in a field near Hebron. It is confirmed that they were murdered soon after their abduction on June 12.

"I share the grief of their families” said Ellen Hull, incoming President of the Jewish Federation of Greater New Bedford. “We prayed for them as if they were our own"

Only last night, 75,000 met in Rabin Square with the families to pray for the safe return of these boys and hundreds of thousands have been praying and campaigning since their capture.

Personally what I feel at the moment is rage, at the same time my heart goes out to the families.

I hope and expect that those who are responsible for this kind of brutality will quickly be found and severely punished.

This story from the Times of Israel adds some more detail.
